Terms & Cancellation

A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and received a deposit of 30% of the trip total. Until then, seats are held but not guaranteed.

The balance is due seven days before departure. Bookings made within seven days of departure must be paid in full.

Prices are per person in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. They cover the items listed under “Included” on each tour page and nothing else.

If fuel prices, taxes or entry fees rise sharply before departure, we may adjust the price and will always tell you before you pay the balance.

More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 10% handling fee.

15–30 days before departure: the deposit is retained.

7–14 days before departure: 50% of the trip total is retained.

Fewer than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund.

Flight tickets follow the airline’s own rules.

Mountain travel depends on weather and road conditions. We may change routes, hotels or the order of the itinerary for safety, and will replace anything missed with something of similar value where possible.

If we must cancel a departure, you may choose new dates or a full refund of everything paid to us.

Travellers must carry valid ID (CNIC or passport and visa), follow the guidance of our guides and drivers, and respect local customs.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical treatment and cancellation.
