Skardu Tour Packages 2026 (By Air & By Road)
Skardu tour packages for 2026 by air or by road: Shangrila, Upper Kachura, Shigar Fort, Khaplu Palace and Deosai Plains. Live prices per person from Islamabad.
Skardu is the gateway to Baltistan: the Kachura lakes, the cold desert at Sarfaranga, Shigar Fort, Khaplu Palace and, in summer, the high Deosai Plains. It is also the starting point for the K2 and Baltoro treks.
Our Skardu tour packages run by air from Islamabad or by road through Gilgit, with private transport and comfortable hotels. Prices below are live, per person.
- Best time
- May to October; Deosai Plains usually open from July to mid-September.
- Ideal length
- 4–5 days by air; 7–8 days by road.
- By air
- Daily flights from Islamabad take about an hour and land right in Skardu. They are weather-dependent, so we keep a buffer day.
- By road
- About two days from Islamabad via the Karakoram Highway and the Jaglot–Skardu road, often combined with Hunza.
